  Online Vendor Application
 
    This is Online Vendor Application forms for vendors to fill out without having to wait for vendor application to arrive at your mailbox. Simply submit the vendor application form and we will contact you concerning your fee and anything we may need to know more about your products. It is important to be sure that you have filled out every information and that by submitting, you automatically agree with the disclaimer waiving Mason-Dixon Park and it's staffs, volunteers, managers, and owners from any damages (personal or property).
 
  Mason-Dixon Park Bike Rally Vendor Rules
 
    1) VENDOR SETUP:   All vendors must have their booth set up by 3pm on Friday September 19th, 2008.
 
    2) SPACE:   Each booth is $50.00 with maximum of 15' X 15' or 20' X 10'. There will be a $25.00 additional fee for any size exceeding 15' X 15' or 20' X 10'. Exhibitors get 50% discount($25) but if you are caught selling items then you will be asked to pay $50 additional fee right on the spot or will be asked to leave immediately.
 
    3) VENDOR PASSES:   Each vendor will be provided two (2) passes at no additional charge. Four passes can be purchased at additional $5.00 per person, and will be good for whole weekend.
 
    4) ELECTRICAL NEEDS:   Electricity will be provided, however, you must provide your own 100' Outdoor Extension Cord. For these using RV/Camper, we recommend having adaptor from 50amp to 30amp. Light Pole right next to Mechanical Bull shelter is OFF-LIMIT to ALL vendors!
 
    5) GARBAGE/TRASH:   Vendors will be responsible for their own trash cleanup during and after the event. Absolutely NO trash will be left behind after the event!
 
    6) DUPLICATION/ALCOHOL:   Limited of one duplicated vendor. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Sales of alcohol are strictly prohibited!
 
    7) DUST ISSUES:   At some point during the rally, dust is going to be set off and raised. It's beyond our control! If as a vendor, you feel this is one of your biggest concerns then we advise you to apply and send in a fee payment as early as possible so we can suggest where you can set up without worrying about the dust as much. Generally it is at the right side of our outdoor stage. But keep in mind there will be dust and wind factors.
 
    8) DEADLINE:   Fee is due 30 days prior to the rally date! August 19th. This year we are adding service lines so it is necessary to know how many vendors will be participating and how many need 50/30amp or 120v to allow time for design and installation. Then you will be contacted to ask where you want to set up. Vendors that send payments in first get first come first serve choices of spaces.

You understand and agree that there will be no refunds for approved applications and the decisions of the event committee are final. Further, you hereby release and forever discharge Mason-Dixon Park, LLC of Seven Springs, North Carolina and their agents and representatives, from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims or damages arising out of or in connection with this motorcycle rally event.
